Why is Concierge invite-only? +
Concierge includes white-glove onboarding where we migrate your sites and clients for you — that's a conversation, not a self-serve signup. Solo and Studio are open now: start at /start with 50% off your first month, no application.
What happens when I hit my website limit? +
Nothing breaks — your existing sites keep monitoring and working normally. You just can't add new ones until you upgrade or remove one. On Free that limit is 3. Concierge has no limit.
Is there a free trial? +
Free is the trial, and it never expires: up to 3 websites, 1 seat, no card. When you want more sites, the client portal or reports, you add a card and you're on Solo or Studio the same minute, with 50% off your first month. Cancel any time and you're back on Free with your data intact.
Is Free really free? +
Yes. No card, no time limit, no read-only mode. It's capped at 3 websites and 1 team member and doesn't include the client portal or automated reports.
Can I change plans later? +
Yes, up or down, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at your next renewal.
Do my clients count as team members? +
No. Client portal logins are unlimited on every paid plan — team members are the people inside your CRM. Free has no client portal.
